About CSA-Turkiye

CSA-Turkiye is the Cambodian Students Association in Turkiye was founded on August 7, 2017 for building strong relationships, unity, and mutual support among all Cambodian students in the Republic of Türkiye, including those planning to pursue their studies there. We aim to keep the connection between Cambodia and Turkiye strong through information, education, society, and culture.

Thanks to the strong cooperation between Cambodia and Türkiye, we have witnessed a growing number of Cambodian students pursuing higher education in Türkiye. For the academic year 2024–2025, there are 71 Cambodian students studying in various fields across different cities throughout the country.

Many of these students could pursue their studies through prestigious scholarships offered by the Turkish government, such as the YTB Scholarship (Turkish Government Scholarship), the Diyanet Foundation Scholarship (TDV), and the Police Academy Scholarship. Meanwhile, others study through private initiatives such as the Madrasah Sulaimanyyah Cambodia Foundation, Erasmus programs, cooperation programs between Cambodian higher education institutions and Turkish universities, or through self-funding.

Despite their different paths, all students share a common goal: to gain knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of Cambodia in the future.
